CISD stands for Consultoría en Innovación y Soluciones Digitales (Consulting in Innovation and Digital Solutions). We began as a marketing agency focused on universities, and over time, we evolved into a consulting firm specialized in the education sector.
We work with universities, business schools, and all types of organizations that offer educational programs. We chose to concentrate our efforts here because this is a sector that is constantly being redefined and competing in a limited market, where marketing can truly make a difference.

When we evaluated our role as an agency, we realized we had to go further. We know amazing agencies (experts in their craft) and we collaborate with them. But what we bring is a comprehensive vision, tailored to the reality of each institution.

Every institution is different. Some need a strong, dedicated in-house team. Others work better with a smaller team and outsourced services. Between those two ends, there are dozens of ways to organize marketing, depending on team maturity, available resources, and the institution’s overall vision.

At CISD, we naturally and strategically integrate artificial intelligence into our daily operations. We use tools powered by AI — such as Meta, Google, CRMs, automation platforms, and content creation software — to delegate operational tasks and focus on what truly matters: strategy and execution.
This very website is an example. It was built using the support of ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Midjourney, and Freepik’s AI. By doing so, we optimize time, reduce manual workload, and direct resources where they create the most value.

For over a decade, I’ve led high-performing marketing teams in the education sector, managing complex projects with varying levels of investment, ambition, and scope. I spent fourteen years living in Barcelona (Spain), where I honed my expertise working with institutions such as EAE Business School (Barcelona), Istituto Europeo di Design (Barcelona, Madrid, Milan), BCNLIP (Barcelona), Grupo Planeta (Spain and LATAM), and other educational centers across Europe and Latin America.
Today, I’m the father of Arturo and Sofía — my greatest sources of inspiration. They motivated me to give definitive shape to this project: CISD. It’s not just a consultancy; it’s the result of years of knowledge, trial and error, achievements, and a clear vision: to help educational institutions grow through strategy, technology, and a realistic approach.
